At present we have the following vacancy.

Skilled Gardener

 

 

• A full time position
• We work in the Redditch, Solihull and surrounding areas.
• A passion for plants and gardening with an understanding of year round garden management.
• Good plant knowledge, including pruning and training at the right time of year.
• You must be enthusiastic and well presented with a positive attitude and  ‘can-do’ approach
• You should be physically fit and willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Use of garden machinery
• Able to demonstrate gardening knowledge through the following-

- RHS qualified or similar would be desirable

- Hands on experience

• PA1 + PA6 Spraying Certificate desirable
• Willing to work some weekends, early starts/late finishes. Flexibility in hours worked over the seasons.

 

Salary and Benefits :

• Opportunities for overtime and flexible working hours
• £18,000-£21,000 per year dependant on experience.
